Brent Aberg, Assistant Professor, Business Department
Aberg holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Business, a MHA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota - School of Public Health and a bachelor of arts in chemistry from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn.
 
Aberg has 24 years of work experience in healthcare and human services. The first six were in North and South Dakota in hospitals, 诊所, 养老院, 高级的生活, rehabilitation agencies and home health. 过去的18年, Aberg was in an executive role with an agency providing services/supports for people with intellectual disabilities.
 
Bob 萨维尔, Assistant Professor, Business Department
萨维尔 holds a DBA from Wilmington University, a MBA from Saint Ambrose University and a bachelor of science degree in engineering management from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
 
萨维尔 has 34 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, and most recently worked as a senior director of supply chain for Walmart Stores, 公司. He also has international work experience in Mexico.
 
Elaine 波萨德, Assistant Professor, Psychology Department
Dr. 博萨德获得了博士学位.D. in psychology from the University of 爱荷华州, as well as a bachelor of science in psychology and sociology from the University of 爱荷华州.  
 
Dr. 波萨德’s background is in social psychology with an emphasis on decision making. 特别是, her research interests center on individual differences and external sources of information, including how information is presented, that can contribute to more successful decision making.
 
Jonathan Klauke, Assistant Professor, History Department
Dr. 克劳克拥有博士学位.D.  and master of arts in history from Central Michigan University, master of science in historical studies from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, 苏格兰, and a bachelor of science in physics and astronomy from Northern Arizona University. 
 
Prior to joining Waldorf, Dr. Klauke developed and taught traditional and online courses in world, European, and U.S. history, as well as political science at Mid-Michigan Community College.  
 
Frederick Umar, Assistant Professor, 音乐 Department
Dr. Umar earned a doctorate of 教育 in music from La Sierra University, with continued 教育 at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (performance: conducting) and the Eastman School of 音乐 (theory, composition and arranging). 
 
He is currently engaged in a year-long project to revive some 50 hymns into new arrangements for wind band, commissioned to write for the opening of the Hanson Family Fine Arts Center and has been invited to study choral composition with Alice Parker in developing a new choral line for 2018. Dr. Umar is published in the catalogs of Dan Goeller 音乐, 的环境, 哈尔伦纳德, 想象出版, Oxford University Press, 字音乐, and Santa Barbara Publishing (2018).
 
Elizabeth DeYoung – Reference and Instruction Librarian
DeYoung earned her master of science degree in library and information science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a bachelor of arts degree in linguistics from 爱荷华州 State University.
 
Prior to joining Waldorf, DeYoung was an archivist for the Ellsworth Community College 校董会, and interned in the ISU Special Collections and University Archives.
